Tokens are used for AI features like voice assistants, content generation, and AI images. Each account starts with 100 free tokens. You can purchase more or subscribe to a monthly plan for automatic token allocation.
❓ Can I use RinglyPro on multiple devices?
Yes! Your account works on iOS, web browsers, and any device. All your data syncs automatically across devices.
❓ How do I set up the AI voice assistants?
Navigate to Settings → Inbound Lina → Configure your phone number, greeting message, and business hours. Rachel and Lina will automatically handle incoming calls based on your settings.
❓ Is my data secure?
Yes! We use end-to-end encryption, are HIPAA compliant, and follow industry best practices for data security. Your data is stored securely in the cloud with regular backups.
❓ Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
