By accessing or using our website, CRM platform, and communication services (including RCS, SMS, email, and voice features), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our services.


1. Services Provided

We provide AI-powered CRM automation and communication tools, including:

Rich Business Messaging (RCS)

SMS and email messaging

AI-assisted appointment scheduling

Customer support automation

CRM data management

All services are provided subject to applicable laws, carrier rules, and Twilio RCS/A2P 10DLC guidelines.


2. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years old

Able to enter into a legally binding agreement

Using our services for lawful business purposes only


3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

Obtain and maintain documented opt-in consent before sending messages to any recipient.

Comply with all applicable laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and other regulations).

Not send spam, fraud, or prohibited content (as defined by carriers and CTIA).

Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services.


4. Opt-In and Messaging Consent

You acknowledge that:

All recipients must have provided explicit consent before receiving RCS, SMS, or email messages from you.

You are responsible for maintaining proof of opt-in.

Recipients may opt-out at any time by replying STOP, which will immediately remove them from all messaging lists. Recipients may reply HELP to receive customer support contact information.


5. Message Content and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

Unsolicited marketing or spam messages

Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content

Illegal activities, harassment, or hate speech

Sending content prohibited under CTIA, Twilio, or carrier rules (e.g., firearms, controlled substances, gambling)


6. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Keeping your account credentials secure

All activity under your account, authorized or unauthorized

Immediately notifying us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use


7. Data Protection

We process and store data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.


8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or to address security concerns.


9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms or applicable laws

Engage in prohibited messaging activities

Fail to maintain proper opt-in consent records

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Digit2ai LLC (DBA RinglyPro.com) harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

Your violation of these Terms

Your use of our messaging services

Your breach of any applicable law or regulation


12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above reflects the date of the latest revision.
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
