I remember my days running a decorative concrete business in Florida — waking up before sunrise, preparing my crew, loading materials, and driving through Tampa traffic to reach the first project of the day.
We'd arrive at the customer's home, review final details, prep the landscape, mix the concrete, add the color, and begin extruding and stamping the curbing under the blazing heat.
And then… the inevitable.
A dark cloud would appear out of nowhere, and within seconds, the rain would pour. Stress would shoot up instantly as my crew and I rushed to cover the concrete before the storm ruined our work.
And right there — in the middle of that chaos — the phone would ring.
Another customer wanted to book an appointment. I was trying to save the project, answer the call, and not lose another opportunity.
But the day didn't end there.
As a solo entrepreneur, after long hours in the field, I'd still come home to create marketing campaigns, manage invoices, and plan the next day — often heading out again around 5 p.m. to do estimates and keep new projects coming in.
It was exhausting.
And in those moments, I used to dream of the day when technology could help me — answering calls, booking appointments, finding new clients, and keeping the business moving — even while I was out working.
That dream is what inspired me to design, invest in, and build this platform.
RinglyPro was born from a real struggle — a pain I lived every single day.
But beyond solving a problem, I realized something deeper:
